Delete your account

Satya · by Raydyn Global Ltd · Android app org.satya.app, iOS app com.satya.satya, web satya.org · Last updated 10 October 2026

Your account is yours to end. When you delete it, Aatman forgets you: what you told him, what he remembered, your birth details, your states, your calls and your wallet. This page does the same thing as Me → Delete my account in the app, for anyone who no longer has the app.

What is deleted

Your sign-in (email, phone, Google or Apple link) and your name.
Your birth date, time and place, and every reading made from them.
Everything Aatman remembers: your truths, his notes, your states on the ladder, your promises.
Your calls: the recordings and summaries held with our voice provider that carry your id.
Your wallet, saved card and plan. Any active plan is cancelled first, so nothing is charged after.
Your cards sent to others, your referrals, your consent records, and the usage events tied to your id.

What is kept, and for how long

Receipts and tax records of payments you made, with our payment provider, for up to 7 years, as the law requires. They carry no reading, no memory, no birth details.
Copies in backups, for up to 30 days, then gone.
Crash reports and app-usage counts that were never tied to your name.
If you reached Satya through an ad on the web, the hashed contact already shared with Meta for ad measurement stays under Meta's own policy; we send nothing more.

Forget, without deleting

You can clear what Aatman remembers and keep the account: in the app, Me → What I'm keeping → Forget everything, or "forget that" during a call. Memory can also be switched off in Account.

Me → What I'm keeping → Forget everything, या कॉल के दौरान "forget that" कहें।

Deleting the account ends it: readings, minutes and plans tied to it cannot be restored. Questions, or a request about your data without deleting the account: privacy@satya.org. We answer within 30 days.
